Full Description
Remington 700 chambered in .308/7.62x51
16" Bull Barrel Threaded 5/8-24
Great length for the addition of your suppressor and keeping the entire platform compact and maneuverable. A good shooter with match grade ammunition can get 1000 meters out of this barrel. I'm more comfortable at 600-800 meters or under but that's more to do with my eyesight than barrel length. DOES NOT INCLUDE FAUX SUPPRESSOR IN PHOTOS - this is just to show attachment capability.
OD Green Magpul Hunter Stock (still have original stock as well, included)
It's Magpul, all of their products are pretty great. This has included spacers for adjusting the length of pull, MLOK and QD cup attachment points, the cheek comb height is also adjustable. It has an elastic buttstock shell holder and a sling.
AICS Detachable Box Magazine Fed, includes 1-5 round and 1-10 round
I prefer detachable magazines and the Accuracy International box mags have a well established reputation for issue free function. These are Magpul produced magazines which maintain the AICS pattern, making any AICS magazine also compatible with this platform.
Magpul Bipod
Folds neatly out of the way. It's polymer, like everything Magpul manufactures so it's lightweight. Legs are independently adjustable for uneven terrain.
Leupold Picatinny Rail
It does have a bit of rise. I didn't want the possibility of the optic rail interfering with ejection. I believe it was 20mm or about 3/4" so including the larger diameter bull barrel, the height over bore is probably 1-1.5"
Primary Arms 4-14 x 44 Scope with Illuminated Reticle-ACSS HUD DMR for.308/7.62x51 (will also maintain accuracy on a .223/5.56)
If you're unfamiliar with Primary Arms ACSS Reticles, they are full of useful features for determining range, the bullet drop at that range, they have wind hold dots (5-10mph) moving target leads ( for walking or running) and a chevron instead of a dot for maximum precision POA. This is a FFP- First Focal Plane model, meaning the reticle gets larger as you zoom so that nothing changes once the scope is zeroed. The reticle does all of the measuring for you, eliminating the need for D.O.P.E. or pre-shot adjustments completely. Primary Arms also offers a lifetime warranty on their optics. Every optic I own is a Primary Arms and has some version of the ACSS reticle. They are very easy to learn and intuitive to use. Once you zero, you're good to go at any distance even in less than ideal conditions.
